These terms govern your use of Hearth ("the App"), published by Mobile Alchemy. By using the App you agree to them.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, family use. You may use it on Apple devices you own or control, under the standard Apple App Store license terms.
Content your household creates (events, routines, jobs, stars, lists) belongs to your household. We claim no rights in it and cannot access it.
Don't misuse the App or the language-pack service: no scraping, no attempts to disrupt the service, no unlawful content in your household.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted sync — verify important dates independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Alchemy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed events or scheduling mishaps.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
