Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Short version

Hearth keeps your family data in your iCloud. We run no servers that store family data, no analytics, no ads, no trackers. We cannot read your calendar, routines, chores or lists.

1. Who we are

Hearth ("the App") is published by Mobile Alchemy ("we"). Contact: privacy@mobilealchemy.co

2. Data we collect

We collect none. The App has no accounts, no sign-in and no analytics. Family content — calendar events, routines, jobs, stars, meals, lists, member names — is stored on-device and syncs through Apple's CloudKit inside your personal iCloud account, under Apple's privacy terms.

3. Data Apple processes

CloudKit sync, iCloud storage and push notifications are provided by Apple, which acts as an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy.

4. Language packs

To offer in-app languages, the App may download translation files from hearth.mobilealchemy.co. These requests carry no personal data — only the language code (for example /lang/de.json). No identifiers, cookies or tracking of any kind.

5. Children

The App is designed for family use, including children under parental supervision. Because we collect no data and operate no network accounts, no personal data of children is collected, transmitted or shared by us.

6. Permissions

The App requests optional iOS permissions: notifications (for event reminders) and iCloud (for sync). Both can be declined or revoked in iOS Settings without breaking core features.

7. Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. To exercise data rights regarding your iCloud content, contact Apple. Questions about this policy: privacy@mobilealchemy.co

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
